    I managed billing for corporate clients, the collections databases and the KPIs for the In Company process nationwide, including staff management. This is where I learned how money moves through a company.

    Webmaster and digital marketing

    Webmaster and Paid Media Specialist

    I owned the group's digital presence: the Servientrega portal and about 12 sites for companies, foundations and partners, many with no visibility at all when I started. Beyond content, I handled vendor integrations, vulnerability and traffic analysis, and a strong SEO effort to rank the group as a whole.

    • Two migrations of the Servientrega portal (a redesign and a brand identity change): content migration, component development, implementation and management of the IBM hosting and CMS vendor.
    • Ranked Ya Mismo, Servientrega's express delivery service (the name also means "right away" in Spanish), against an everyday phrase: Servientrega now holds the top three organic Google results.
    • Content director for the portals' social media, experimenting with different formats.
    • Led agencies: content, video shooting and editing, paid social, programmatic advertising and content for backlinks.
